• Qualified accountant with 10+ years' post-qualified experience or equivalent
• Strong commercial finance and business partnering experience, ideally gained within a large, customer-focused organisation
• Experience supporting revenue growth, cost optimisation and profitability initiatives
• Strong financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management experience
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge and influence senior leaders
• Experience leading and developing finance teams

Role and Reporting Lines

Reporting to the Head of Finance and working closely with senior leaders across the organisation, you will be a key finance partner to the business. The role will include:

• Business Partnering – Partner with senior leadership teams to provide commercial and financial insight that supports decision-making and drives performance
• Commercial Performance – Manage and analyse the financial performance of a significant customer-focused business portfolio
• Strategic Finance – Identify opportunities to enhance value, improve profitability and support longer-term strategic objectives
• Planning & Forecasting – Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes across the portfolio
• Commercial Insight – Translate financial information and market feedback into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
• Strategic Initiatives – Provide financial and commercial support for new customer solutions and wider strategic initiatives
• Governance – Ensure strong financial governance, compliance and reporting across the portfolio
• Leadership – Support the leadership, development and mentoring of the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
