We're looking for someone who brings strong financial fundamentals, a proactive mindset, and an interest in leveraging technology and automation to improve how financial information is analyzed and reported.
This is an individual contributor position offering broad exposure to the business, meaningful ownership, and opportunities for professional growth.
What You'll Do
· Lead monthly financial reporting and analysis, providing accurate and actionable insights into business performance across the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
· Support the annual budgeting process, financial planning, and analysis of key business drivers.
· Partner with our Paris-based FP&A team to coordinate financial updates and ensure accurate consolidation and reporting in Tagetik.
· Work closely with the North America CFO to develop financial presentations, business reviews, and ad hoc analysis for senior leadership.
· Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, improve financial processes, and enhance business insights through automation, systems optimization, and AI-enabled tools.
· Collaborate with North America Revenue and Cost Controllers and our offshore accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
· Support internal and external audits, including preparation of financial schedules and supporting documentation.
· Coordinate with external tax advisors on annual filings and related tax activities.
· Contribute to additional finance initiatives, including real estate, insurance, and other business projects as needed.
What We're Looking For
· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
· Strong experience in financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and financial modeling.
· Solid understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and key business performance metrics.
· Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial reporting and accounting systems.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and communicate meaningful insights.
· Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and collaborate across functions and geographies.
· A proactive, hands-on approach with an interest in improving processes and leveraging technology.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in a SaaS, financial technology, or other global business environment.
· Familiarity with Tagetik financial reporting and Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) accounting or similar enterprise financial reporting/general ledger systems.
· Experience with financial reporting automation, analytics tools, or AI applications.
· MBA or CPA designation is a plus, but not required.
