About the opportunity With responsibility for a number of our funds, as well as a small team, the Senior Finance Manager is responsible for management and statutory reporting, as well as business partnering with key stakeholders to deliver month-end results, providing technical accounting advice and ensuring reporting deadlines are met. As a leader within the Fund Accounting team, the opportunity exists to showcase your technical expertise and provide leadership and mentoring across the broader team. Other tasks will include: · Business partnering with Fund Managers, Asset and Property Managers to ensure property and fund level budgets and reforecasts are accurate and complete · Ensure timely and accurate completion of tax compliance related activities · Partner with relevant internal teams on transactions and be able to investigate and provide appropriate technical accounting advice About you As a qualified (CA or CPA) Accountant, you will ideally have a depth of experience within a Fund Accounting role within the Real Estate industry. With a strong technical accounting background, you will enjoy coaching others and take advantage of a culture of continuous improvement. · Excellent financial skills and demonstrated experience in financial analysis and a strong sense of commercial acumen. · Proven ability to manage priorities, stakeholders and engender confidence in senior management. · Strong influencing skills with a track record of building and maintaining relationships.
