Senior Finance Manager - Funds

Our client is an established real estate investment firm focused on private real estate investments and long-term value creation. This is a varied role taking end-to-end responsibility for financial and operational management of funds, and partnering closely with fund managers and front office teams.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end financial reporting requirements for funds.
• Provision of technical accounting advice and transaction management for asset acquisitions and disposals.
• Delivery of detailed performance reporting and analytical insights on fund and asset performance.
• Collaboration with fund managers and strategic initiatives to support fund performance.
• Management of third party accounting support.
• Prepare and review quarterly distribution calculations and coordinate approvals in line with fund investment models.

Experience:

• CA/CPA qualified or equivalent.
• Proven background in funds finance, ideally with a focus on real estate.
• Strong accounting background across funds finanical reporting, accounting advice, and performance analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communicator with an ability to influence business stakeholders.
• Comfortable owning a portfolio, and being the first point of contact for finance matters.
