The Senior Finance Operations Specialist will own complex monthly closing activities in a high-volume, multi-entity environment, ensure data integrity at scale, and build solutions that eliminate recurring issues. What you will do: Take ownership of complex financial operations from start to finish, playing a key role in the monthly closing process. Own the preparation and maintenance of revenue and spend accruals to improve data quality across all systems. Ensure accurate intercompany reconciliation and provide data for foreign entities. Execute monthly allocations and recharges to enable faster and more reliable financial reporting. Collaborate with external stakeholders and act as an escalation point for complex operational issues. Serve as a strategic contact for Managing Directors and business units on finance topics. Who you are: 5+ years of experience in Finance Operations, Accounting, or similar roles. Strong experience in high-volume, tech-driven environments with a focus on scalability. Deep understanding of AP/AR, billing, reconciliation, and financial data flows. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred). Proven track record of increasing automation to reduce manual workload across teams. Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively with non-finance stakeholders. Fluent in German and English .
