Senior Financial Accountant

Job location: HCM city

Salary Range: $1,000 -1400 USD

Job type: fully remote, but we are looking for a candidate in HCM as the team meets once a month at The Hive District 1.

Role Description The ideal candidate will have solid experience with monthly financial closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, customer billing, and accounts reconciliation. Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel are essential, as the role involves the daily reconciliation of supplier invoices and client billings.

The successful candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, suppliers, and colleagues across different countries and cultures.

A general understanding of international tax systems, as well as knowledge of duties, taxes, and customs regulations within the international logistics industry, would be a distinct advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered
• Hands-on experience with Xero is required
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with international colleagues, suppliers, and clients on a daily basis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA or CPA are preferred, but not mandatory

Two rounds

Round 2: analytical and presentation skill (The scenario is provided a few days in advance for your preparation then the presentation should be in one hour)
