Apply Job Type Full-time Description Position Overview This role supports Finance and Operations leadership, including direct support of the Director of FP&A and indirect support of executive leadership. The analyst will own, maintain, enhance, and expand critical reporting processes that drive business decisions. This position requires a highly motivated, self-directed professional with advanced Excel capabilities, strong analytical thinking, and a continuous-improvement mindset. Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of progressive experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Operations Finance, Business Analysis, or a related field. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, nested formulas, pivot tables, complex reporting models, and report automation techniques. Experience with Power Query and large data set management. Strong ability to understand, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve complex financial and operational models. Demonstrated success creating new reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions from the ground up. Highly self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Quick learner capable of understanding complex reporting structures and business processes rapidly. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights. Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for streamlining and enhancing reporting processes. Key Responsibilities Own all assigned daily, weekly, and monthly reporting processes, ensuring reports are accurate, timely, and reliable. Maintain and continuously improve existing financial and operational reporting tools and models. Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and enhance reporting processes to improve efficiency and decision-making. Develop new reports, dashboards, and analyses in response to evolving business needs. Serve as a key analytical resource supporting Finance, Operations, the CFO, COO, and executive leadership initiatives. Gain deep knowledge of existing reporting models and ensure their long-term sustainability and scalability. Perform ad hoc financial and operational analyses to support strategic and tactical decision-making. Proactively identify reporting gaps, data issues, and process improvement opportunities before they become business problems. Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, validate data, and deliver meaningful reporting solutions. Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver high-quality results with minimal direction or oversight.
