What will I be doing?

This position plays a key role in supporting the company’s profitable growth through financial analysis and pricing insights. Working within the Pricing team, this individual will leverage financial and operational analysis to support pricing decisions, contract renewals, commercial decision-making, and business performance.

The role works closely with the Client Development organization to provide analytical support for client Requests for Proposals (RFPs), contract renewals, and other pricing-related decisions. This individual will also collaborate with Senior Leadership, Retention, Commercial Finance, Legal, Product Management, and Technology to support key client relationships and ensure accurate, timely execution.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced analyst who enjoys solving problems, building structure, and working in a dynamic environment. As the Pricing team continues to evolve its processes and ways of working, the successful candidate will bring curiosity, initiative, sound judgment, and comfort navigating changing priorities. They will ask thoughtful questions, speak up when clarification is needed, and take ownership of moving work forward.

Direct pricing experience is helpful but not required. Candidates with experience in FP&A, financial analysis, commercial finance, revenue analysis, business analysis, or another analytical function are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop financial analyses and pricing recommendations that support client decisions, profitability, and revenue growth.
  • Analyze pricing, margins, and business performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and support informed decision-making.
  • Provide analytical support for client RFPs, contract renewals, and other pricing-related requests in partnership with Client Development and cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze commercial agreements to ensure alignment between Legal drafts and approved pricing outputs.
  • Utilize the Configure, Price and Quote (CPQ) module to support revenue recognition and billing for subscription-based contracts and ad hoc projects.
  • Collaborate across functions to understand end-to-end pricing and contracting processes, resolve issues, and support change initiatives.
  • Create and maintain data quality checks, including reconciliations, exception reporting, and audit trails, to ensure pricing and contract data accuracy.
  • Manage multiple concurrent contract renewals, analyses, and pricing-related activities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to gather information, clarify priorities, resolve issues, and support commercial decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes, improve data quality, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Prepare materials for board meetings, internal presentations, business reporting, and other ad hoc financial analysis projects.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, commercial finance, revenue analysis, business analysis, pricing, or another related analytical role.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including experience with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, data reconciliation, analytical reporting, and complex datasets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate financial or operational data into clear business insights and recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects, workstreams, or business processes with limited oversight.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt as business needs change, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders across functions such as sales, finance, legal, operations, or commercial teams.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to ask questions, raise concerns, share ideas, and seek clarity when needed.
  • Curiosity, learning agility, and a proactive approach to improving processes and ways of working.
  • Experience operating successfully in a dynamic organization with evolving priorities, processes, or responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting pricing, profitability, margin analysis, revenue, contracts, renewals, RFPs, or other commercial decisions. Direct pricing experience is a plus but not required.
  • Experience with CPQ, CRM, financial planning, reporting, or data visualization tools.
  • Experience working in a data, analytics, marketing, technology, subscription-based, or similarly fast-changing business.
