Role Description As a Senior Financial Analyst at Insight Genesis – IGAi, you will work in a full-time remote capacity to support strategic decision-making across the company’s financial operations. You will analyze financial data, build and maintain financial models, and prepare reports that guide planning, forecasting, and performance tracking. The role involves reviewing financial statements, monitoring key metrics, and identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to support business growth in multiple verticals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insight into product economics, revenue drivers, and cost structures, and contribute to budgeting, scenario analysis, and investment evaluations. The Senior Financial Analyst will also help refine financial processes and reporting frameworks to support a data-driven culture.

• Strong finance and financial planning skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis.
• Advanced analytical skills, including proficiency in interpreting complex datasets and building financial models.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and financial reporting, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Proficiency with Excel or similar spreadsheet tools; experience with financial analysis software or BI tools is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a relevant advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is an advantage.
• Experience in a high-growth, technology, or AI-driven environment, preferably with exposure to emerging or unbanked markets.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
