Senior Financial Analyst

• Location: Remote
• Facility: Ascension Illinois
• Department/Specialty: MWF Shared Services - Illinois
• Schedule: M-F, Days l Full-time

• Performs statistical, cost and financial analysis of data extracted from various internal sources.
• Assists with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
• Serves as consultant to all levels of management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies and procedures.
• Perform monthly capital summary reconciliations, tracking planned versus actual spend across health ministry capital pools.

Licensure / Certification / Registration

Education

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Additional Preferences:

• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, Tableau, and Oracle Financials (FCCS/SmartView), with a strong ability to build automated ad hoc data models and reporting structures.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, decision support, or corporate FP&A within a healthcare system.
