From omnichannel marketing campaigns to large-scale print and digital workflows, our goal is to make complex tasks surprisingly simple, allowing our clients to focus on what they do best.

The Role

As a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A, you’ll turn financial and operational data into clear insights that help technology-enabled business unit leaders understand performance and make informed decisions. You’ll play a key part in budgeting, forecasting and management reporting, while collaborating with operational partners across our businesses to identify risks, opportunities and the drivers behind results.

This is a hybrid role, working a minimum of 2-3 days in our Brampton office. If preferred, you may work out of an alternative DCM location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare business unit forecasts and annual budgets by consolidating inputs and reviewing assumptions
  • Support the month-end close process for business units by completing close activities, including journal entries, accruals and account reconciliations, while working with Accounting and Finance teams to reconcile data and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare post month-end close reports and presentations, explaining variances against budget and prior year to functional business unit leaders
  • Work with business unit leaders to explain performance drivers, identify financial risks and opportunities, and recommend improvements
  • Liaise with external auditors to provide documentation for auditor-selected customer samples and address general tech-enabled business questions.
  • Streamline planning and reporting workflows and financial models, using automation/AI where appropriate to reduce manual work and improve data quality
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis and decision support as required

Skills & Experiences

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field paired with 3–5 years of progressive FP&A, financial analysis or finance business partnering experience
  • CPA designation preferred or actively pursuing CPA completion
  • Experience with monthly reporting, variance analysis, and preparing budgets and forecasts for a business unit, function or major cost portfolio
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, including assumption-based forecasts, scenario analysis and large datasets
  • Strong communication, presentation and collaboration skills; able to explain business drivers, question assumptions and manage competing deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Experience extracting, reconciling and interpreting ERP and planning data; Microsoft Dynamics 365 familiarity is an asset

What we offer

  • Comprehensive healthcare, dental, and vision coverage for you and family
  • Company-matched pension program
  • Tuition reimbursement to invest in your growth and career development
  • Collaborative and supportive work environment where your ideas are valued and your impact is visible
