We are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to lead end-to-end financial planning, reporting, and forecasting for operating expenses across the organization. In this role, you will own cost center analysis, drive forecast consolidation, manage systems integrity between TM1 and NetSuite, and serve as a strategic finance business partner to department leaders across the company.
The ideal candidate brings strong financial modeling expertise, hands-on experience with corporate planning tools, and the confidence to constructively challenge operational teams on budget assumptions while translating complex numbers into actionable business narratives.
Responsibilities:
Own the FP&A OpEx close—analyzing variances, preparing monthly management reporting packs (P&L, dashboards, board inputs), and partnering with Accounting on accruals and prepayments.
Own planning, trend analysis, and variance commentary for non-people OpEx (software, marketing, T&E, professional services). Track cost efficiency metrics and ensure accurate TM1 mapping.
Lead annual OpEx budget cycles and recurring reforecasts. Build dynamic, driver-based forecasting models and support Long-Range Planning (LRP) scenario modeling.
Consolidate OpEx, workforce, and revenue forecasts into a single defensible group view in TM1. Support the FP&A Director in presenting to the CFO, ELT, and Board.
Act as the strategic finance partner to department heads - translating numbers into actionable insights, constructively challenging spend assumptions, and flagging risks/opportunities.
Ensure TM1 remains the single source of truth vs. NetSuite actuals. Drive reporting automation, refine Google Sheets dashboards, and streamline close/budget cycles.
5-7+ years in finance with 2–3+ years in FP&A. Experience owning end-to-end close/budget cycles and partnering directly with non-finance stakeholders.
Tech, SaaS, or scale-up background strongly preferred.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills. Hands-on experience with corporate planning tools (TM1/Cognos is a strong plus; Anaplan/Adaptive) and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred). Strong grasp of core accounting concepts (accruals, prepayments, opex vs. capex).
Commercial mindset, structured thinking, strong communication skills, and the confidence to challenge budget assumptions constructively.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (ACCA/CIMA/CFA or Master's is a plus). Fluent in English (Lithuanian is an advantage).
