Job Overview Employment type: Indefinite Term Type Contract Shift: Monday to Friday, 07:00 AM - 05:00 PM Work setup: Work From Home/Remote Your Daily Tasks Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning Lead the annual budgeting process with cross-department collaboration Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, provide variance analysis, and deliver actionable insights Improve forecast accuracy and drive rolling forecasts Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leaders Recommend strategies to boost financial performance Collaborate with departments to gather and interpret KPIs Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial processes Ensure timely, accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports Requirements The Qualifications We Seek Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Mandatory: Mastery in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in financial software Mastery level with Adaptive software Minimum 5 years proven and relevant experience with a track record of leading the budgeting and forecasting process, financial modeling, and data analysis Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders Preferred: Intermediate level of Netsuite Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus Benefits Exciting Perks Await! 5 days work week Weekends off Indefinite term type contract Work from home arrangement 20 vacation days in total (5 leaves convertible to cash) Prepaid medicine Fully-customized Emapta laptop and peripherals Direct exposure to our clients Career growth opportunities Diverse and supportive work environment Prime Office Locations - Bogotá and Medellin Unlimited upskilling through Emapta Academy courses (Want to know more?
