Position Overview
Turn Financial Insights into Supply Chain Impact!
We are looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst – Supply Chain who wants to do more than report the numbers. We are looking for someone who wants to understand the business, influence decisions, and help drive results!
This role is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing supply chain finance team and partner directly with leaders across Manufacturing, Procurement, Transportation, Distribution, and other Supply Chain functions, providing financial insights and analytics that help improve performance and shape business decisions.
As part of our evolving Supply Chain Finance organization, you will have the opportunity to drive results across a broad range of areas, including operational performance, cost, inventory, forecasting, analytics, and strategic initiatives. You will dig into the numbers, understand what’s happening operationally, identify risks and opportunities, and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide analytics and actionable insights driving measurable business performance.
- Develop and maintain financial models to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities across the supply chain organization.
- Provide support for product costing and sku level margin analysis.
- Support monthly close activities for inventory and all financial reporting.
- Provide variance analysis and actionable insights regarding performance against forecasts, budgets, and prior periods.
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support inventory strategies, purchasing decisions, and network optimization initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory turns and reduce excess/obsolete inventory.
- Support new product launches, seasonal planning, and inventory allocation decisions.
- Analyze inventory trends, stock levels, turns, aging, obsolescence, and carrying costs to provide actionable insights to deliver measurable business results.
- Monitor inventory investment and working capital performance across manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, and fulfillment networks.
- Support development and maintenance of KPI dashboards and management reporting.
- Identify and support the implementation of process improvements to enhance financial visibility, forecasting accuracy, and reporting efficiency.
- Support automation initiatives and development of advanced analytics capabilities.
- Participate in cross-functional projects focused on supply chain optimization, cost reduction, and operational excellence.
- Support development of monthly business reviews and executive presentations.
- Serve as a collaborative finance partner to the Supply Chain organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or supply chain finance, ideally within eCommerce or consumer goods.
- Proven experience collaborating and building strong business partnerships in a fast-paced, transformational environment.
- Advanced Excel proficiency with financial modeling, forecasting, and analytics.
- Experience with Oracle or SAP preferred.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills; thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred
· 3-5 years of inventory and costing finance experience in supply chain, ideally within eCommerce or consumer goods.
· Proven experience collaborating and building strong business partnerships in a fast-paced, transformational environment.
· Advanced proficiency with financial modeling, forecasting, and analytics tools (Excel, dashboards/BI platforms).
· Experience with Oracle EPM or SAP preferred
· Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills; thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
