  • Own forecasting and financial planning: Manage quarterly forecasting cycles, monthly variance and outlook processes, and financial projections supporting manufacturing and supply chain objectives.

  • Drive annual operating planning: Coordinate annual operating plans, cost guidance, financial simulations, and cost-planning activities with plant finance, purchasing, strategy, and transformation teams.

  • Strengthen financial controls and reporting accuracy: Investigate financial discrepancies, identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and maintain reliable financial reporting processes.

  • Support operational financial decisions: Evaluate spending patterns, cost drivers, headcount, revenue estimates, and business performance to identify opportunities for operational efficiency and profitability improvement.

  • Deliver executive-level financial insights: Prepare financial presentations, consolidated performance reviews, and decision-support materials for business and supply chain leadership.

  • Lead and develop financial talent: Supervise, mentor, and coach three Financial Analysts while establishing clear expectations, accountability, and consistent execution.

  • Modernize financial operations: Champion reporting automation, AI-enabled financial analysis, and process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making.

  • Build strategic business partnerships: Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and corporate finance stakeholders to align financial priorities with operational objectives.
