Senior Forex Manager - Italian language

This is a remote position.

WorkaNova is a BPO customer experience specialist providing outstanding customer care, sales, technical support, and back-office services to companies worldwide.

We are looking for a proactive individual who has an interest in sales (Forex Market) and who will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. This individual will be responsible for managing and retaining our existing client base, providing excellent customer service, and implementing retention strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Proficient interaction with a variety of online systems
  
• Identifying sales opportunities, and presenting an all-inclusive solution to end-users
  
• Execution campaigns through outbound contacts to customers
  
• Implementing proven sales and service techniques to build customer relationships, enhance the customer’s buying experience, retain customers, and exceed customer care commitments
  
• Following operational procedures in every contact with the customer
  

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of spokenEnglish and Italian
  
• Ambition, passion, confidence and a strong desire for professional development
  
• Previous experience in sales - MUST(minimum two years, Forex market)
  
• Strong customer and service orientation
  
• Can-do attitude
