Senior FP&A

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior FP&A professional to step into a highly visible role within a large and complex organisation.

Sitting within the broader finance function, this role will take ownership across management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis, while leading a small team and working closely with stakeholders across finance and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, coordinating inputs across the business.
• Own the preparation and delivery of monthly management reporting and performance commentary.
• Analyse financial and operational results to identify trends, risks and key performance drivers.
• Translate complex financial information into meaningful insights for senior stakeholders.
• Drive improvements across reporting, dashboards, processes and analytical capability.
• Lead and develop a team of analysts.

About You:

• CA/CPA qualified.
• Strong experience across FP&A, management reporting, or commercial finance.
• People management experience is mandatory.
• Comfortable operating in a complex, deadline-driven environment.
• Exposure to ERP, reporting and BI tools will be highly regarded.
