4-6 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or a related analytical finance role
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills with experience building driver-based budgeting, forecasting, and variance models from scratch
Experience turning analysis into clear recommendations for non-finance leader, and/or presenting to executives or a board
Willingness to learn and adopt modern FP&A, ERP, and HRIS platforms (we use Abacum, Rillet, and Rippling) to streamline and automate reporting
Comfort owning work independently in a growing, fast-moving team\
Preferred Qualifications
Experience at a SaaS or data company
Hands-on experience with Abacum, Rillet, and/or Rippling, or comparable tools
