WHAT WE DO
US Signal is a leading data center services provider, offering secure, reliable network, cloud hosting, colocation, data protection, and disaster recovery services, all powered by its expansive fiber network. We help customers optimize their IT resources through managed services and professional services that scale with their business.
THE OPPORTUNITY
US Signal is seeking a Senior FP&A and Treasury Manager to turn financial and operational data into clear insight for senior leadership, manage liquidity and banking relationships, and serve as a primary finance contact for our Asset Backed Securitization (ABS) financing structure. This role reports to the SVP of Finance and works closely with executives, operational leaders, lenders, trustees, and other external partners.
This is a role where analysis meets execution. You will build the forecasts leadership relies on, keep cash and liquidity working across every operating entity, and deliver the reporting that keeps our financing in good standing.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Senior FP&A and Treasury Manager, you will own the planning, reporting, and treasury work that gives leadership a clear view of the business and keeps our financing on track. You will support the annual budget and Long-Range Plan, manage daily cash and liquidity, and own the monthly ABS Manager Report, with accountability for its completeness, accuracy, and timely delivery.
This role calls for a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, along with the ability to build trusted relationships with executives, lenders, trustees, and auditors.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Plan and forecast. Support the annual budget, Long-Range Plan (LRP), and strategic models, and coordinate monthly and quarterly forecasts, including rolling forecasts and scenario analysis.
- Turn data into insight. Analyze results against budget, forecast, and prior periods, explain key variance drivers, and prepare executive-level presentations. Turn large, complex data sets into practical recommendations, develop metrics with consistent definitions across business units, and build and automate executive dashboards and monthly management reporting packages. Keep data accurate and reliable, and support business intelligence and reporting tools.
- Partner with the business. Work with operational leaders to understand business drivers and support pricing, investment, capital allocation, and business case analyses. Build ad hoc financial models that identify risks, trends, and opportunities to improve profitability and cash flow.
- Run treasury operations. Manage daily cash positioning, liquidity, and intercompany funding across all operating entities, and develop short- and long-term cash forecasts. Manage banking partners and treasury service providers, support treasury technology and automation initiatives, and prepare executive reporting on liquidity, borrowing capacity, debt balances, and interest expense. Support debt-service budgeting and the monthly and quarterly close.
- Own ABS administration. Serve as a treasury lead for our Asset Backed Securitization (ABS) program, including all periodic reporting required under the securitization agreements. Own the monthly ABS Manager Report, prepare collateral reporting and compliance schedules, and monitor covenants and financing triggers. Coordinate funding requests, repayments, and cash movements between restricted and operating accounts.
- Work with lenders and partners. Support amendments, refinancing, and due diligence with lenders, trustees, servicers, auditors, and legal counsel.
- Support strategic initiatives. Contribute to acquisitions, integration planning, financing transactions, capital structure optimization, and treasury system initiatives as assigned.
WHO YOU ARE
You are a finance professional who is just as comfortable building a forecast as managing a banking relationship. You think strategically, communicate clearly with executives and lenders alike, and hold yourself to a high standard of accuracy and follow-through. You can move between big-picture conversations and hands-on execution, and you take ownership of the work from first draft to final delivery.
You don't just report the numbers. You make them work for the business.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, treasury, accounting, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA, CPA, CFA, or CTP is a plus
- Strong financial modeling skills and advanced Excel, with experience in planning software, BI tools, ERP, and treasury management systems
- Experience building executive dashboards and KPI reporting
- Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity forecasting, debt administration, and banking operations, including work with lenders, trustees, auditors, and legal counsel
- Experience administering Asset Backed Securitization, Asset Based Lending, or other structured financing preferred
- Minimal travel required (5-10%)
CORE COMPETENCIES
