About your Team:

Interactive Brokers Group (IBG) seeks an experienced Treasury Manager to join IBKR's global treasury team. The Treasury Manager will oversee daily treasury operations, optimize cash and liquidity, manage financial risk, and drive process automation and analytical improvements across the treasury function. The successful candidate will provide strong leadership, ensure smooth departmental operations, and adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have deep technical expertise, including a background in cash management, experience maintaining banking relationships, and financial modeling skills, as well as proficiency in programming languages and data visualization software (VBA, Python, and Tableau) to automate processes, enhance reporting, and support data-driven decision-making.

What will be your responsibilities within IBKR:

Cash and Liquidity Management

  • Execute daily cash forecasting and liquidity management across multiple currencies, ensuring optimal funding and investment strategies
  • Monitor funding costs, optimize capital structure, and support strategic treasury initiatives
  • Oversee collateral management, FX trade settlements, reconciliations, and treasury transactions (FX swaps, NDFs)

Systems and Process Optimization

  • Automate treasury workflows using VBA, Python scripts, and Tableau dashboards
  • Develop real-time reporting tools for cash forecasting, treasury performance, and risk monitoring
  • Enhance data quality, controls, and operational efficiency

Analysis and Strategic Support

  • Prepare management reporting on treasury performance, funding costs, and liquidity metrics
  • Conduct analysis of interest rate environments, currency exposures, and market opportunities
  • Lead treasury projects including system implementations, process improvements, and regulatory initiatives
  • Collaborate with IT, risk management, compliance, and finance teams on cross-functional initiatives

What required skill’s you need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
  • 7-10 years of progressive treasury experience at a financial institution, bank, or broker-dealer
  • Strong experience in cash management, liquidity planning, money markets, FX, and fixed income
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and stakeholder-focused communication
  • Project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Finance, Mathematics, or related field
  • Advanced Excel/VBA proficiency for complex modeling and automation
  • Python programming skills to build scripts, modify code, and implement automation solutions
  • Tableau expertise for interactive dashboards and executive reporting
  • Experience with cloud-based treasury systems, API integrations, derivatives, or fintech environments.
