Senior Front-End BI Specialist

Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Strategy (MicroStrategy). Administer and manage the Strategy platform, ensuring performance, security, and scalability. Collaborate closely with business users to gather, analyze, and translate reporting requirements into effective BI solutions. Act as the main point of contact for front-end BI topics, supporting users and promoting best practices. Work in strong partnership with the Back-End/DWH team to ensure data availability, consistency, and proper modeling. Drive continuous improvement of reporting capabilities and user experience. Provide training and support to business users when needed. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Strategy (MicroStrategy). Strong expertise in dashboard design, report development, and platform administration. Proven experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions. Solid understanding of Data Warehouse concepts and data modeling principles. Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Relevant Strategy (MicroStrategy) certifications are required.
