Role Description This part-time Senior Frontend Developer role at Nc Nspire Agency is a hybrid position based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The Senior Frontend Developer will design, develop, and maintain user-facing features for web applications, ensuring modern, responsive, and accessible interfaces. Responsibilities include translating UI/UX designs into high-quality code, optimizing performance, collaborating with designers and back-end developers, and maintaining clean, reusable code. The role also involves participating in code reviews, troubleshooting frontend issues, and contributing to technical decisions and best practices across projects.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design skills.
• Candidates should possess solid Web Development and Software Development skills.
• Candidates should possess a basic understanding of Back-End Web Development for effective collaboration with server-side teams.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in modern frontend technologies (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and popular frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular).
• Candidates should possess experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently in a hybrid environment.
• Candidates should possess effective communication skills and experience mentoring or guiding other developers.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
