Senior Frontend Developer

Your role

As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will use modern frontend technologies to develop cutting-edge solutions and services for one of our leading clients as they transform their current application landscape into modern, web-based solutions supported by microservices and hosted in Microsoft Azure. Working in collaborative teams, you’ll translate business requirements into intuitive, scalable frontend experiences and contribute throughout the digital product lifecycle, from initial requirements and design through deployment and continuous improvement.

In this role you will play a key role in:
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality frontend applications using Angular and/or React, TypeScript, Next.js where appropriate, and modern web technologies.
• Drive the evolution of frontend architecture to support the client’s transition to modern web applications, with a strong focus on scalability, performance, maintainability, and consistent user experience.
• Build robust, reusable, and testable frontend components and integrate them effectively with microservice-based APIs and services hosted in Microsoft Azure.
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers, cloud and DevOps teams, and other stakeholders to support reliable delivery through CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions.
• Leverage AI/LLM-assisted development tools and contribute to frontend engineering standards, code quality, continuous improvement, and innovation.

Your profile

• Strong hands-on experience (8+ years) in frontend development, with deep expertise in Angular and/or React and strong TypeScript skills. Experience with Next.js or comparable modern frontend frameworks is highly desirable.
• Proven experience designing and building scalable, maintainable, and high-performing frontend applications in large-scale product or enterprise environments.
• Solid understanding of frontend architecture, component-based design, design systems, state management, responsive design, accessibility, and integration with RESTful APIs or microservices.
• Experience with modern engineering practices, including automated testing, code reviews, CI/CD, performance optimization, and observability and experience in GitHub Actions and delivery in an Azure-hosted environment is beneficial.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools, or a practical understanding of AI/LLM-enabled development, is an advantage.
