💻 We’re Hiring: Senior Full-Stack Developer

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer who combines strong technical expertise with an architect’s mindset. This is not a role for someone who simply executes requirements—we’re seeking a developer who asks insightful questions, challenges assumptions, and helps design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

You will play a key role in building and supporting internal automation tools, client-facing web applications, and data infrastructure while collaborating closely with engineering leadership in a fully remote environment.

📍 Location

Remote (Mexico-based candidates supporting U.S. clients)

⏰ Schedule:

Monday to Friday | 8:00 am – 5:00 pm / 9:00 am – 6:00 pm EST

🎯 Role Overview

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will contribute across the entire technology stack, designing and developing solutions that support both internal operations and external clients. You will be responsible for building high-quality software, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring long-term scalability and security.

🔧 What You'll Do

Full-Stack Development

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#/.NET, Angular, SQL, and Azure
• Build and support internal tools and client-facing web applications
• Contribute to data infrastructure and data warehouse solutions
• Create intuitive and polished user experiences with strong attention to UI/UX principles

API Integrations

• Build and maintain integrations with third-party APIs and external systems
• Exchange and synchronize data across platforms as part of critical business workflows
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of data exchanges between applications

Data Analysis & Troubleshooting

• Investigate and resolve complex issues across applications, databases, and data pipelines
• Analyze data flows and system behavior to identify root causes and prevent recurring issues
• Support systems where application metrics directly impact billing accuracy and security processes

Security & Software Quality

• Apply secure development practices throughout the software lifecycle
• Incorporate security considerations such as authentication, authorization, data protection, and secure coding standards
• Proactively identify and address security concerns during design and development

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 5–8 years of professional software development experience
• Strong full-stack development experience with:
• C# / .NET
• Angular
• SQL
• Azure
• Experience building and supporting client-facing web applications
• Strong understanding of secure software development principles and web security best practices
• Demonstrated ability to build intuitive, user-friendly interfaces with a strong UI/UX focus
• Experience designing and maintaining API integrations with third-party systems
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills across applications, databases, and data pipelines
• Architectural thinking with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and long-term design
• Experience working with Git and modern branching strategies
• Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools while maintaining full ownership of deliverables

💰 Compensation:

44,000 – 53,000 MXN + law benefits (Payroll)

55,000 – 65,000 MXN + benefits (Contractor)
