D&G Support Services is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to support the IGC Contract's application modernization, software development, and secure delivery initiatives. In this role, you will design, develop, integrate, test, and maintain secure enterprise web applications, APIs, and supporting services used across transportation, logistics, reporting, and analytics capabilities.

This position offers the opportunity to modernize legacy functionality while working across front-end and back-end development, enterprise integrations, databases, cloud environments, containers, CI/CD, and cybersecurity.

What You Will Do
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain secure enterprise web applications, APIs, microservices, and system integrations using technologies such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular, Spring Boot, .NET, or comparable frameworks.
• Develop application workflows, business logic, validation, error handling, authentication, authorization, and role-based access controls while modernizing legacy components for improved maintainability, scalability, security, and cloud readiness.
• Develop RESTful APIs, web services, and data-access components integrating applications with relational databases, external interfaces, reporting services, and analytics platforms such as Apache Superset.
• Develop and optimize SQL, views, stored procedures, and application data-access logic supporting user-facing capabilities, system integrations, and approved database modernization activities, including Amazon Aurora where implemented.
• Develop unit, integration, and automated tests and support regression testing, defect resolution, GVT/GAT, sprint demonstrations, release-readiness reviews, and production support.
• Use Git and established GitLab CI/CD processes to build, test, validate, and deploy application changes within approved cloud and containerized environments.
• Apply secure coding practices and remediate applicable SAST, STIG/SRG, dependency, and secure-configuration findings.
• Provide technical leadership through design and code reviews, mentoring, technical documentation, modernization recommendations, and collaboration with architects, developers, BI and database teams, cloud/DevSecOps, cybersecurity personnel, testers, Product Owners, functional analysts, and Government stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For

Required
• Eight or more years of professional software-development experience, including design and delivery of complex enterprise applications.
• Strong full-stack development experience across front-end and back-end application layers using technologies such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular, Spring Boot, .NET, or comparable technologies.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs, web services, microservices, and enterprise-system integrations.
• Experience refactoring or modernizing legacy applications while preserving required functionality, interfaces, and business capabilities.
• Working knowledge of relational databases, SQL, data-access patterns, and application-to-database integration.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD-based software delivery, automated testing, and defect remediation.
• Experience applying secure coding practices and resolving application-security findings.
• Familiarity with containerized and cloud-hosted application environments.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related software-engineering discipline; or one of the following certifications: FITSP-D, GCSA, GISF, or SSCP.
• Strong technical leadership, troubleshooting, documentation, mentoring, and stakeholder-communication skills.

Preferred
• Experience supporting U.S. Transportation Command, Department of Defense logistics, or another mission-critical federal system.
• Experience integrating applications with business-intelligence or analytics platforms such as Apache Superset.
• Experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, Amazon Aurora, Amazon RDS, or comparable relational database platforms.
• Experience developing applications for containerized AWS environments.
• Experience with Section 508 accessibility requirements and user-facing application development in a federal environment.
• Familiarity with DoD Risk Management Framework, STIG/SRG requirements, and secure software-development practices.

Clearance and Eligibility
• Active Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one, as required by assigned duties and contract requirements.
