A US-based startup building an AI platform for capital markets, used by hedge funds, asset managers and equity research teams. A small engineering team works on an existing production codebase, and reliability is the current priority.

A US-based startup building an AI platform for capital markets, used by hedge funds, asset managers and equity research teams. A small engineering team works on an existing production codebase, and reliability is the current priority.
What you will do
- Own a specific block of the product end to end: web app frontend plus backend infrastructure, including the routing service between the web app and the rest of the system
- Build your development workflow around AI coding agents to speed up and optimize delivery
- Work independently: no PM and no extra management layer, the environment is already set up
- Join calls with the team and CTO when needed
- Experience with TypeScript, React, Node.js and AWS - 5+ years
- Fluent use of AI coding agents (Codex, Claude Code) - the key requirement; the role is about building the process around agents, not writing everything by hand
- CI/CD experience
- Confident English for daily communication with the team and CTO
- Working-hours overlap with the US West Coast (PST)
