Senior Full Stack Developer (.NET / C#)

Location: Colombia Preferred (Remote)

Must have Language Requirement: Fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese (Mandatory)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in C#, .NET, and modern software development practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications, APIs, and cloud-ready solutions. This role requires collaboration with global teams and excellent communication skills in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using modern C# and .NET technologies.
• Build scalable backend services, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
• Participate in system architecture, technical design, and performance optimization.
• Develop microservices-based and cloud-ready applications.
• Write secure, reliable, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, product teams, and developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to improve productivity and code quality.
• Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and support automated testing initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across environments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering standards and development processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong experience with C# and .NET 6/7/8.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and Clean Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Entity Framework and ORM technologies.
• Experience with Microservices Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Git-based version control systems.
• Experience using AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks and automated testing.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure and/or AWS Cloud Platforms.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Front-end development experience using React, Angular, or modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with message queues and event-driven architectures.
• Understanding of application security and authentication mechanisms.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and infrastructure automation.
• Fluency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
