The role
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Python + React) to join the team building cloud-based applications that power 10Beauty's robotic systems.
You will work on the platform that connects robots to the cloud, enables real-time monitoring and control, and provides operational dashboards and analytics. You'll be involved in both backend development and frontend interfaces, working closely with Product, embedded, and AI/ML teams.
This is a hands-on role with a high degree of autonomy, where you'll help shape the architecture and build reliable, scalable solutions as the company grows.

This is a hands-on role with a high degree of autonomy, where you'll help shape the architecture and build reliable, scalable solutions as the company grows.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and maintain full-stack cloud applications using Python and React
- Develop backend services, REST APIs, and microservices that connect robots with the cloud
- Build web interfaces and dashboards for robot monitoring, configuration, and operational management
- Process and visualize real-time telemetry data, sensor readings, and operational logs
- Work on cloud infrastructure, application performance, scalability, and reliability
- Collaborate with embedded, AI/ML, and Product teams to deliver new features
- Contribute to architecture decisions, automated testing, code reviews, and CI/CD processes
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve platform stability
- 5+ years of professional Full Stack development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Python (backend) and React (frontend)
- Solid understanding of software architecture, REST APIs, and microservices
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS (EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda, or similar services)
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB or similar)
- Experience with automated testing, Git, and CI/CD
- Understanding of scalable systems, performance optimization, and production troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver features in a fast-moving startup
- Strong written and spoken English, with availability to overlap with US East Coast mornings
- Experience with robotics, IoT, or hardware-connected products
- Experience processing real-time data, telemetry, or device monitoring
- Familiarity with WebSockets, MQTT, or gRPC
- Experience with streaming technologies such as Kafka or Pulsar
- Experience building operational dashboards or using data visualization libraries (D3.js, Chart.js)
- Knowledge of cloud security and distributed systems
