Position Overview:

• We are looking for an experienced Fullstack Developer (Lead Engineer) with strong expertise in software architecture, full-stack development, AI, and AWS. The role combines hands-on engineering with technical solution design, client engagement, effort estimation, and rapid prototyping to support pre-sales activities and business opportunities.

• Requirements:

  • Full-Stack Development: Design and develop scalable applications using Python, TypeScript, AWS, and modern development frameworks.

  • Solution Architecture: Define technical approaches, evaluate technologies, and recommend secure, scalable, and cost-effective solutions.

  • Technical Pre-Sales: Engage with clients and Sales teams to understand requirements, assess feasibility, and support technical proposals.

  • Effort Estimation: Estimate project scope and complexity, maintain T-shirt sizing bands, and contribute to the engagement catalogue.

  • Rapid Prototyping: Lead the development of PoCs, MVPs, and demo systems to validate solutions and demonstrate capabilities to clients.

  • Opportunity Management: Review and prioritize the technical intake queue weekly with Sales representatives and coordinate next steps.

  • Technical Leadership: Guide engineering practices, review designs, and mentor developers while ensuring quality and maintainability.

• 5-7 years of experience as Full Stack Engineer

• Strong hands-on experience in full-stack development.

• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and AWS

• Good understanding of software architecture, APIs, integrations, and system design.

• Practical experience with AI/LLM-based solutions and rapid prototyping.

• Ability to estimate project effort and assess technical feasibility.

• Excellent client communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
