Senior Full Stack Engineer

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina. Our client is a comprehensive tax filing software that offers a wide range of features.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent education and business experience.
• Internship or project experience in software development.
• Experience with C#/.NET, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, Angular, and SQL.
• Familiarity with Microsoft development tools and workflows, including Visual Studio, SQL Server, and Azure DevOps.
• Ability to break down tasks, manage time, and work independently with support.
• Proficiency in AI-assisted development workflows, such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar tools, with the ability to use them effectively while maintaining high standards for code quality, security, and maintainability.
• Proactive mindset — able to seek out context, ask the right questions, and identify opportunities to improve both individual work and team processes.
• Curiosity about how systems fit together, with eagerness to learn from design reviews and understand tradeoffs.
  
  

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS (preferred), or other cloud platforms such as Azure or GCP.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum-based teams.
• Experience in highly regulated domains (e.g., tax, fintech, healthcare).
  
  

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain frontend and backend features across the Pro Product lines.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards, leveraging AI-assisted development tools to accelerate development while maintaining quality and maintainability.
• Participate in design and code reviews, offering and receiving constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, QA, and other engineers.
• Assist in documenting software functionality, technical specifications, and system processes.
• Learn and apply best practices in software development, version control, and Agile methodologies.
• Support the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
