Dive into the Itecor experience and become our new colleague as: Senior Full Stack Engineer (Architecture & AI-Driven Development) missions 🛠 Design and deliver end-to-end technical solutions aligned with business needs Translate requirements into scalable, maintainable architecture and implementation plans Drive architectural discussions and contribute to long-term technology strategy Design, evolve, and optimize systems based on microservices architecture principles Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and data storage solutions Define and implement APIs and integration patterns across distributed systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to challenge requirements, identify risks early, and propose effective solutions Contribute across the full software development lifecycle (discovery → design → deployment → support) Drive simplification and continuous improvement of existing systems, including microservice consolidation where relevant Perform hands-on development across frontend and backend when needed Promote engineering excellence through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and best practices Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery, improve quality, and enhance productivity your profile 👀 5+ years of extensive experience in full-stack software development Strong understanding of software architecture and system design principles Proven experience designing and implementing microservices-based solutions Experience making architectural decisions, including technology and platform selection Strong analytical thinking with the ability to challenge assumptions and identify optimal solutions Experience with backend technologies such as Go (Golang), Python, or Ruby Experience with Angular and JavaScript for frontend development Strong understanding of database design and data architecture, including relational (PostgreSQL), NoSQL, and document-oriented databases Ability to select the appropriate data storage solution based on system requirements Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude Code, or similar) Ability to use AI as an accelerator while maintaining ownership of technical decisions Experience leveraging AI for code generation, refactoring, documentation, code reviews, and workflow optimization Familiarity with modern engineering toolchains such as GitLab, Jira, Confluence, and APIs Proactive, curious, and continuously seeking improvement Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Comfortable working in evolving environments with ownership and accountability Architecture-oriented mindset while remaining hands-on when needed Responsible use of AI to enhance efficiency without replacing sound engineering judgment itecor, trusted advisor for your digital transformation Itecor is an international IT boutique consultancy headquartered in Switzerland.
