About the Role: We're growing our Trade team and we're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who loves building things that people actually enjoy using. You'll be full stack, but your heart is in the front end - you care about the details, sweat the UX, and take pride in shipping interfaces that feel as good as they perform. What you'll do: Design, build, and maintain scalable front-end applications in JavaScript/TypeScript (React) Support and enhance backend services in C# (.NET) — enough to own the full picture without needing a hand-off for every integration Partner with designers and product to take ideas from rough concept to something users love Help shape how we build, not just what we build — contributing to architectural decisions and raising the bar on front-end standards Champion code quality, accessibility, and continuous improvement Write testable, maintainable code that holds up in production and under real load What you'll bring: 6+ years building production software, with front-end as your primary craft (React or similar) Fluency in JavaScript/TypeScript and a strong feel for front-end architecture Enough backend experience in C# and .NET to be dangerous Comfort working with RESTful APIs and event-driven microservices Hands-on experience with Azure or similar cloud platforms Familiarity with DevOps tooling like GitHub Actions, TeamCity, or Octopus A genuine care for intuitive, responsive, and accessible interfaces Strong testing instincts and a commitment to reliable delivery Someone who communicates well, collaborates naturally and enjoys cross-functional work Curious by nature, and energised by solving problems in a fast-moving environment Key benefits: Collaborative teams – a flat structure means everyone can learn from colleagues and senior leaders around the business.
