Required Skills & Experience C2 Level English 7+ years of software development experience Strong background in a startup environment building web applications. Proficiency in Rails and React are musts. Experience with Node.js is preferred. Quick learner, able to adapt to our codebase quickly. Strong communicator, able to articulate ideas and collaborate effectively, avoiding ambiguities and misunderstandings. Key Responsibilities Design and implement elegant user-centric solutions alongside PMs and designers. Work with autonomy on large projects critical to our roadmap, aiming for simplicity and effectiveness. Write clean, well-tested and maintainable code.
