Senior Full Stack Software Engineer - SOL 1860

Job Description This is a remote position. We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with strong experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions within healthcare technology and other business-critical environments. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in C#/.NET, React, TypeScript, SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure, with proven ability to build reliable APIs, integrate third-party systems, and improve application architecture for scalability, maintainability, and performance. This role is especially suited for an engineer with experience supporting healthcare platforms, laboratory service integrations, patient-facing applications, backend reliability initiatives, and mobile application support. The position requires a proactive contributor who can work across the full software development lifecycle and collaborate effectively with product, operations, QA, and business stakeholders. Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET. Build and enhance modern web applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Develop and maintain integrations with laboratories, external service providers, third-party systems, and enterprise platforms. Analyze existing solutions and improve software architecture to increase maintainability, scalability, performance, and reliability. Support mobile applications by contributing backend capabilities, API integrations, and technical guidance. Collaborate with Product, QA, Operations, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality technical solutions. Participate in modernization initiatives, including microservices, cloud-native services, and distributed architectures. Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable fixes while supporting system uptime. Follow engineering best practices, including clean code, testing, documentation, secure development, and code reviews. Requirements Required Qualifications 5+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer, Full Stack Developer, or similar technical role. Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET, REST APIs, and SQL Server. Solid front-end experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience designing, consuming, and maintaining APIs and third-party integrations. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-hosted applications. Strong understanding of software design patterns, scalable application architecture, and distributed systems. Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional technical and business teams. Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Healthcare Technology, Digital Health, Medical Services, Laboratory Systems, Patient Management Platforms, or other regulated industries. Experience with Azure Functions, Docker, Kafka, Entity Framework, Redis, Elasticsearch, OpenShift, or similar technologies. Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems. Experience supporting mobile applications and backend services for business-critical workflows. Microsoft Azure certification such as AZ-900 or equivalent is a plus. Prior experience in fintech, payments, logistics technology, SaaS platforms, or software factory environments is also valuable.
