Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Full Stack Developer
to take a leading role in our fast-growing IT Department. In this role, you will architect scalable web software solutions and drive the full software development life cycle.
The role is related to an "experienced developer" working closely with other Senior Developers as well as mentoring junior team members to help them develop their technical capabilities. You will play a pivotal role in harnessing technology to upgrade internal workflows and streamline services.
Key Responsibilities:
Architecture & Development: Design, architect, and build robust backend solutions using Python (e.g., Flask) and JavaScript (Node.js, Next.js).
Frontend Leadership: Lead the development of responsive, high-performance frontends using HTML, JavaScript, and React.js.
Database Management: Architect and manage complex relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
Cloud & DevOps: Oversee software infrastructure in serverless environments and manage deployments on AWS/GCP. Implement and maintain continuous delivery processes using Docker and Jenkins.
Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of clean, well-documented code.
Agile Leadership: Drive Agile methodology practices, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Strategy: Collaborate with the design team to implement new features and contribute to high-level technical documentation.

Essential Qualifications:
University Degree (BSc) in Computer Science or a related field (strictly from an AEI or accredited University).
Expert proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (React.js).
Advanced proficiency in Python and backend frameworks (Node.js, Next.js, Flask).
Strong experience with REST APIs and API integrations.
Deep understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
Proficiency with Git, GitHub, and version control workflows.
Experience with CI/CD tools (Docker, Jenkins) and testing principles.
A strong portfolio demonstrating clean, well-documented code and scalable architecture.
Desirable:
MSc degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience leading technical teams or mentoring junior developers.
Experience in the Healthcare industry, however, is not mandatory.
