Architecture & Scaling Design and optimize front-end and back-end systems for performance and scalability 🪡 Strategic Thinking Define technical direction and align it with business growth Leadership Mentor developers, nurture a high-performing tech team Complex Solutions Tackle advanced technical challenges with elegant solutions Data-Driven Analyze and act on performance insights to enhance user experience Innovation Explore and apply the latest technologies and development practices Who Are You? Experience 5+ years in a full stack role, with proven leadership experience, ideally in SaaS or tech scale-ups Tech Visionary Skilled in AngularJS, React, React Native, .NET Core, SQL databases, RESTful APIs, and Azure.
