Senior Fullstack Engineer

Description We’re looking for a Senior Engineer to join our growing team in Vietnam and play a critical role in shaping the architecture, technical strategy, and engineering culture across internal and client facing projects. You’ll work hands-on with a cross-functional team to solve complex technical problems, and help ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable digital products. This is a role for someone who is proactive and happy to take the lead when needed — combining deep technical expertise with strong communication and decision-making skills. You’ll be involved from concept to deployment, helping teams choose the right tools, build robust solutions, and deliver real business impact. What You’ll Do Play an early and key role in the development of scalable, secure, and maintainable software Play a key role in technical decision-making, trade-offs, and problem-solving Work closely with product owners to ensure solutions meet business needs Contribute to strategic planning around tooling, technology choices, and platform direction Perform technical reviews and provide input on system design, integration, and performance Advocate for engineering best practices, clean code, testing, observability, and performance Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose relevant improvements
