Senior Fullstack Engineer - Remote

Full Stack Engineer with strong MERN stack experience to build and scale customer-facing products, backend services, and AI-powered workflows in a fast-moving AI startup. Website: https://www.conqr.ai/ Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, Software Engineer, or similar role. Currently working at a product-based company. Strong experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js , React.js , Node.js ). Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript. Experience building and maintaining scalable web applications. Strong understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture. Experience with databases such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows. Strong understanding of system design, performance optimization, and scalability. Experience integrating third-party APIs and AI-powered services is a plus. Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks, state management, and responsive design. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend and backend applications. Build intuitive and high-performance user experiences using React. Develop secure and reliable backend services using Node.js and Express. Design and optimize APIs, databases, and application architecture. Collaborate with Product, Design, AI, and Engineering teams to deliver customer-focused solutions. Integrate AI capabilities into product workflows and user experiences. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. Improve application performance, reliability, and scalability. Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making. Monitor production systems and troubleshoot issues when required. Contribute to engineering best practices, code reviews, and development standards.
