Senior Functional SAP We are looking for a Senior SAP Consultant with strong functional experience in the MM, SD, and LE modules, capable of working autonomously in the analysis, investigation, and resolution of complex problems in demanding business environments. Mandatory Requirements Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in SAP implementation and/or support projects in the following modules: MM (Materials Management) SD (Sales & Distribution) LE (Logistics Execution) Most of the professional experience should have been gained on projects carried out in Portugal or other European countries. Proven experience in SAP implementation projects with effective responsibility over the end-to-end implementation cycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to testing, training, and go-live support. We are looking for professionals accustomed to leading and managing functional streams and taking ownership of implemented solutions, rather than simply executing specific tasks or isolated activities defined by others. Experience in, and enthusiasm for, gathering and analyzing business requirements with users and stakeholders, with the ability to challenge requirements when necessary, design appropriate functional solutions, and follow through on their implementation. High capacity for autonomous work, including incident investigation, root cause identification, and solution proposal. Strong sense of commitment, responsibility, and ownership over assigned topics. Preferred Requirements Experience in SAP Retail environments. Ability to read and analyze ABAP code, facilitating interaction with development teams and the identification of technical impacts. Participation in migration/conversion projects to SAP S/4HANA, ideally with direct involvement in functional analysis, solution design, testing, and go-live support activities. Behavioral Competencies High level of autonomy and proactivity. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to understand business processes and translate them into efficient, sustainable SAP solutions. Good communication skills with both functional and technical teams. Results-oriented, with a focus on delivery quality. Ability to work in international and multicultural contexts.
