Senior Fund Accountant – NAV

RD Sistemas is a technology group of Spanish origin with over 30 years of experience in the asset management industry and a strong market presence in Spain and Chile. With a presence in Portugal and Latin America, the group has expanded into regulated fund administration services in Luxembourg through its subsidiary, RD Services Luxembourg.

RD Services Luxembourg, authorised by the CSSF in 2026 as a UCI Administrator, is currently strengthening its fund accounting and NAV control capabilities. We are looking for a Senior Fund Accountant with solid experience in Luxembourg UCITS fund administration to participate in NAV calculation and review processes, perform second-level controls under the four-eyes principle, and provide operational support to the Conducting Officer. This position offers the opportunity to play an active role in the development of a newly authorised fund administration business in Luxembourg, contributing to the implementation and enhancement of operational processes and internal controls.

Fluency in Spanish is essential, given our close collaboration with the parent group in Spain and our relationships with Spanish asset managers.

What you will do

• Perform and review NAV calculations under the four-eyes principle for SICAVs and FCPs, including UCITS and AIFs, multi-compartment umbrella funds and multi-class structures.

• Review portfolio positions, cash and transaction reconciliations, as well as pricing, valuations and corporate actions.

• Verify fee accruals, including management and performance fees, and the correct application of swing pricing and other applicable valuation adjustments.

• Support the Conducting Officer in overseeing daily NAV operations, incident follow-up and preparing operational reports.

• Assist in identifying and resolving NAV errors and investment breaches in line with CSSF Circular 24/856.

• Participate in the documentation and improvement of NAV procedures and internal controls.

• Liaise with Investment Managers, Management Companies and depositaries on day-to-day operational matters, and provide support during audits.

What we are looking for

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.

• Approximately 4–6 years of NAV calculation experience in Luxembourg, a significant part of it in review or supervisory roles.

• Solid knowledge of UCITS/AIFMD regulation, Luxembourg fund accounting and the CSSF circulars applicable to fund administrators (22/811 and 24/856).

• Fluent Spanish and professional working proficiency in English.

• Advanced Excel skills and experience with fund accounting systems; knowledge of GOLF is a plus.

• Rigour, sound judgement in escalating issues and the ability to work autonomously in an agile structure.

• Permanent contract (CDI) based in Luxembourg, expected starting date in January 2027.

• Gross annual salary of EUR 70,000–80,000, depending on experience.
