In this role, you'll explore emerging technologies and transform them into functional, secure prototypes that push the boundaries of what's possible. You'll own the complete lifecycle—from initial experimentation and UI development through to cloud deployment—while ensuring robust AI safety practices are embedded throughout. What You'll Do Innovate & Prototype : Explore cutting-edge technologies and translate them into working, secure prototypes that demonstrate real-world value End-to-End Ownership : Take full responsibility for the prototype lifecycle—from concept and experimentation through UI development, testing, and cloud deployment Champion AI Safety : Implement and advocate for AI safety best practices, including adversarial robustness, guardrails, data privacy controls, and vulnerability mitigation Solve Complex Problems : Apply your technical expertise and analytical thinking to tackle challenging problems in a fast-paced, experimental environment What We're Looking For Technical Skills Backend Development Advanced, hands-on proficiency in Python and its AI ecosystem Strong experience with frameworks and libraries such as PyTorch, Hugging Face, LiteLLM, LangChain, and similar tools Frontend Development Proven ability to build clean, functional user interfaces for rapid prototyping Experience with frameworks like Streamlit, Gradio, or React Cloud Deployment Strong practical experience with cloud architecture and services Proficiency in AWS (EC2, Bedrock, SageMaker) or Azure (OpenAI Service, VM management) DevOps & Containerisation Hands-on knowledge of Docker —writing Dockerfiles, building images, and managing containerised applications Experience deploying containerised solutions in on-premises or cloud environments Bonus Skills Familiarity with AI-specific security risks (e.g., OWASP AI Security guidelines) Knowledge of AI safety frameworks, guardrails, and responsible AI practices Who You Are A self-starter who takes ownership and drives projects from idea to deployment Analytically sharp with strong problem-solving abilities Passionate about emerging technologies and their practical applications Committed to building secure, responsible AI solutions Comfortable working in a fast-paced, experimental environment where adaptability is key Why Join NCS Lead high-impact AI management consulting programs for major enterprises and public sector clients.
