Senior Global Growth & Partnership Marketing Manager, PC/OEM

📣 Hiring: Senior Global Growth / Partnership Marketing Manager

I’m recruiting for a global technology organization looking for a senior marketer to lead a high-impact customer acquisition initiative across its PC/computer OEM partner ecosystem.

This is a unique mix of growth marketing, customer acquisition, strategic partnerships and digital customer experience.

The opportunity is all about a huge existing audience: millions of consumers purchasing new PCs and computers. The challenge is figuring out how to better engage those customers from day one, improving the experience, increasing product activation and adoption, and ultimately driving acquisition and growth.

You’ll work closely with major global PC manufacturers, technology and retail partners, influencing how the brand shows up throughout the new-computer customer journey.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Senior-level growth, acquisition, partner or channel marketing experience

• Experience working with PC/Windows or Mac OEMs / computer manufacturers

• Experience working within a large, complex enterprise organization

• Strong experience managing and influencing major external partners

• The ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, UX/design and partner teams

• A strong understanding of digital customer journeys, activation and conversion

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills

• A data-driven mindset with experience using KPIs and performance insights to identify growth opportunities

Experience within PC hardware, consumer technology, SaaS, telecommunications or another large partner-led technology ecosystem would be particularly relevant.

This person needs to be comfortable walking into conversations with large enterprise partners, building credibility and influencing decisions even when they don't directly control the outcome.
