As we continue to scale, we're looking for an exceptional operator to build the systems, accountability, and execution engine that will power the next chapter of our company. The Role We are looking for a Senior Sourcing Specialist to build and scale the talent pipeline that powers Advantage HQ's growth. This is not a traditional sourcing role.This is a talent intelligence and pipeline-building role. Your mission is simple: identify, engage, and build relationships with exceptional talent before we need them, ensuring our recruiters always have access to high-quality, interview-ready candidates. You will be responsible for creating proactive sourcing strategies across multiple functions while leveraging market intelligence, employer branding, AI, and modern sourcing techniques to consistently attract world-class talent. As Advantage HQ continues to scale from approximately 185 people today to hundreds more over the coming years, your work will directly impact our ability to hire faster, raise our hiring standards, and stay ahead of the competition. You will partner closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and the Head of People & Culture to build sustainable talent pipelines, uncover hidden talent, and continuously improve how we attract exceptional people. Success in this role means recruiters spend less time searching for candidates and more time hiring the right people. What You Will Own Strategic Talent Sourcing Own proactive sourcing across multiple business functions. Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Identify passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, Behance, Dribbble, industry communities, referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels. Develop creative sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill and niche positions. Continuously expand our network of top talent globally. Talent Pipeline Development Build and maintain evergreen talent pools across key business functions. Create bench pipelines for high-volume and business-critical roles. Develop relationships with exceptional candidates long before opportunities become available. Ensure recruiters have a consistent flow of qualified, interview-ready candidates. Improve pipeline quality while reducing sourcing time. Market Intelligence Become the expert on talent markets. Research competitors, compensation trends, hiring activity, and talent availability. Provide recruiters and hiring managers with actionable hiring insights. Identify emerging talent markets and alternative sourcing strategies. Recommend new channels that improve candidate quality and hiring speed. Candidate Outreach & Engagement Craft highly personalized outreach campaigns that generate strong response rates. Build authentic relationships with passive candidates. Represent the Advantage HQ employer brand professionally across every interaction. Maintain an outstanding candidate experience throughout the sourcing process. Continuously optimize messaging through testing and analytics. Recruitment Operations Maintain accurate candidate records inside the ATS. Track sourcing metrics, conversion rates, outreach effectiveness, and pipeline health. Ensure candidate information remains organized and up to date. Support recruiters with candidate scheduling and coordination when required. Continuously improve sourcing workflows and documentation. AI, Automation & Innovation Leverage AI tools and sourcing automation to improve efficiency. Build scalable sourcing workflows that reduce manual effort. Experiment with new technologies, platforms, and sourcing methodologies. Continuously improve productivity without sacrificing candidate quality. Employer Branding Support Partner with the People & Culture team to strengthen our employer brand. Share market insights that improve recruiting campaigns. Support talent community initiatives and networking events. Help position Advantage HQ as an employer of choice for top global talent. What We Are Looking For 4–7+ years of experience in sourcing, talent acquisition, executive search, or recruitment. Proven success sourcing passive candidates across multiple industries and functions. Strong expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, X-Ray search, and advanced sourcing techniques. Experience sourcing globally across North America, Europe, Asia, and remote markets. Strong understanding of recruitment funnels, talent mapping, and pipeline management. Excellent written communication and candidate engagement skills. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sourcing metrics and continuously improve performance. Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities. Ideal Experience Experience supporting high-growth startups, agencies, or remote-first organizations. Experience sourcing for Sales, Marketing, Creative, Operations, Finance, Technology, and Leadership roles. Experience building talent maps and succession pipelines. Experience using ATS platforms such as JazzHR, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or similar. Experience utilizing AI recruiting tools and sourcing automation platforms.
