Senior Go Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Go Engineer to build a next-generation AI Gateway platform that delivers secure, scalable, and governed access to LLMs and agentic workflows in a SaaS environment. You will own hands-on architecture from MCP and agent frameworks through auth, governance, and observability, partnering across product teams to guide adoption.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end architecture for an AI Gateway platform covering MCP, agents, and multi-provider LLM integrations
• Build core gateway capabilities including routing, governance, observability, and reusable agent and tool frameworks
• Define authentication and authorization models including OIDC flows, identity propagation, and token-based access control
• Architect semantic caching, rate limiting, quotas, and traffic governance for scalable and cost-aware LLM usage
• Implement guardrails and validation layers to ensure safe and compliant LLM and MCP interactions
• Translate business and product needs into clear problem statements, technical designs, and scalable solutions
• Produce prototypes and reference implementations to validate decisions and accelerate engineering execution
• Partner with product teams to establish integration patterns, best practices, and adoption guidance
• Review designs and code to ensure quality, performance, scalability, and security
• Set CI/CD standards using modern GitHub-based pipelines and promote consistent delivery practices
• Define Kubernetes deployment models that ensure resiliency, scalability, and production readiness

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong experience designing and delivering large-scale distributed systems or platform products
• Proven leadership ability to drive architecture decisions and influence multiple product teams
• Strong project execution skills from problem definition to prototype to delivery guidance
• Expert Golang and Python programming skills for production services and prototypes
• Deep authentication and authorization knowledge including OAuth and OIDC-based flows
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2, Upper-Intermediate)

• Anthropic Claude integration experience
• OpenAI API integration experience
• PostgreSQL schema and query design for transactional workloads
• Performance tuning for high-throughput, low-latency services
• Redis usage for caching and distributed coordination
