ennovationHUB is an international e-commerce group growing rapidly within the home & living sector, specialising in furniture. Operating from hubs in Belgrade, Barcelona, and London, we reach customers across the UK, North America, the EU, and APAC.

With our sights set on €160m+ in annual revenue by 2027, we are hiring a Senior Google Ads Specialist to lead Google Ads performance for one of our portfolio brands. You will be directly accountable for driving growth, improving advertising efficiency, and increasing profitability.

We are looking to fill this position urgently, with an immediate start available. This London-based role offers a hybrid arrangement, with one day each week at our office near High Street Kensington tube station and the rest of the week working remotely.

About the Role:

You will become part of an international e-commerce group managing multiple brands, where Google Ads is an established driver of growth. Working with substantial budgets across several markets, you will see a direct connection between your decisions, revenue, and business performance.

Your contribution will extend beyond managing campaigns. You will explore large datasets, understand the factors behind performance, and identify opportunities that you can put into practice through testing, optimisation, and hands-on execution.

In collaboration with our Head of Performance Marketing, creative team, and data specialists, you will oversee £250,000+ in monthly advertising spend across international markets. Your goal will be to achieve strong immediate results while creating the conditions for sustained, efficient, and profitable growth.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead Google Ads performance across multiple international markets for one of our e-commerce brands

  • Create, run, and optimise Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and other relevant campaign formats

  • Monitor and improve ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, revenue, and profitability

  • Be directly accountable for growth, efficiency, and overall results within your assigned brand portfolio

  • Identify growth opportunities across products, categories, markets, and audience groups

  • Turn campaign insights into clear recommendations and actionable improvements

  • Conduct account audits and introduce continuous performance improvements

  • Collaborate with developers and analytics colleagues to ensure reliable tracking and measurement

  • Partner with creative and content teams to improve advertising results and landing page performance

  • Support budget allocation, forecasting, and performance reporting

  • Stay informed about Google Ads updates, AI-powered advertising tools, and industry best practices

  • Help shape testing approaches and experimentation frameworks that improve performance over time

The opportunity:

Google Ads is already an important part of our commercial success. You will build on this existing foundation by finding new opportunities, increasing efficiency, and scaling campaigns that deliver results in a competitive e-commerce market.

You will work with experienced colleagues who act quickly and care about outcomes. We appreciate people who think independently, use evidence to guide their decisions, and take responsibility for what they deliver.

This position combines hands-on execution with real ownership. You will have the trust and freedom to make decisions, question existing approaches, and directly influence business growth. At our scale, even incremental improvements can have a significant commercial impact.

Experience working within an in-house e-commerce team is essential. We will not consider candidates whose Google Ads background is primarily in agency, consultancy, or freelance work.

We are seeking someone who has owned performance from inside an e-commerce business, where success is assessed through revenue, profitability, customer acquisition, and sustainable growth.

You should be ready to take responsibility for commercial outcomes and implement your own decisions, with involvement that extends beyond providing recommendations or delivering campaigns.

What we are looking for:

  • A minimum of 2 years of practical experience managing Google Ads campaigns

  • A track record of owning Google Ads performance within an e-commerce business, with direct accountability for results and profitability

  • Thorough working knowledge of Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns

  • Proven experience as part of an in-house e-commerce team

  • Confidence working with large datasets and extracting insights that inform practical action

  • A sound understanding of attribution, tracking, and performance measurement

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Merchant Center

  • Strong analytical thinking and careful attention to detail

  • Fluent written and spoken English

  • The ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced setting where priorities can change

  • An inquisitive, proactive mindset and a consistent focus on improvement

  • The confidence to make decisions independently and accept responsibility for the results

  • An openness to using AI and automation as we continue expanding their application across the business

  • Availability to join immediately or at the earliest possible opportunity

How you approach your work:

You combine senior-level judgment with a practical approach to execution. Your decisions are grounded in data, and you know how to translate analysis into concrete steps.

You actively look for opportunities to improve, remain curious about what drives performance, and keep commercial outcomes in focus. You are comfortable moving between strategic planning and daily campaign management, with a strong motivation to build and scale.

Location and travel:

We are investing further in London and anticipate that it will play a growing role as one of our business hubs. Our broader team is based across London, Belgrade, Barcelona, Frankfurt, Oxfordshire, Istanbul, and Guangzhou.

You will also travel approximately every 4–8 weeks to Belgrade, Barcelona, or other team locations. These trips bring colleagues together for planning, workshops, team events, and strategic discussions.

As we grow, we continue to value regular time together in person alongside the flexibility of remote work.

Our culture:

At ennovationHUB, we value:

  • Taking ownership and being accountable for outcomes

  • Putting ideas into practice

  • Communicating clearly and directly

  • Developing knowledge through hands-on experience

We welcome colleagues from a wide range of backgrounds who take pride in their work, accept responsibility, and want to help the business move forward.

This is a long-term opportunity to play a meaningful part in the continued growth of an international e-commerce group.
