Senior Google & Meta Ads Specialist Job Overview RGC Digital Marketing operates an internal trading desk utilizing integrated traffic and conversion systems. We are seeking an elite, data-driven Senior Paid Performance Specialist with 5+ years of hands-on-keyboard experience managing scaling ad budgets simultaneously across Google Ads and Meta platforms. Key Responsibilities Integrated Traffic Architecture: Build, manage, and continuously optimize omni-channel paid media funnels, ensuring Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) feed into unified user conversion paths. Performance Engineering: Manage mid-to-enterprise ad spend, maintaining strict control over attribution modeling, budget pacing, CAC, and ROAS. Creative Collaboration: Partner directly with our internal creative and web production teams to pitch, split-test, and deploy high-performing ad creatives and HTML5 banner concepts. Straightforward Data Analysis: Avoid vanity metrics. Pull and craft highly transparent reports that demonstrate actual pipeline revenue and conversion value to our clients. Must-Haves & Qualifications Experience: 5+ years of explicit, continuous experience running multi-platform paid ads in an agency environment (Google Partner ecosystem experience strongly preferred). Platform Mastery: Advanced command of Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and modern server-side tracking solutions (Conversion API/CAPI). Analytical Mindset: Expert-level understanding of attribution frameworks, modern privacy-first ad tracking challenges, and landing page conversion optimization (CRO). Strategic Alignment: Proven experience diagnosing why an active campaign isn't converting and executing rapid, structural fixes in real-time.
