- Work independently to prepare capture strategies and take ownership of plan execution
- Engage proactively with prospective customers to build relationships, share new products or offerings, and resolve issues effectively
- Manage assigned USG market relationships to achieve targets; recommend opportunities for revenue growth and product enhancement
- Prepare status reports on activities and recommend potential business areas or enhanced products to management
- Plan and participate in technical and product presentations, demonstrations, and trade shows
What You’ll Need to Succeed:

- Working proficiency with Linux (CLI), including network configuration, log analysis, software installation, system configuration, and basic troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey products, deliverables, analyses, and/or issues clearly and confidently, adapting content for different audiences
- Ability to build meaningful relationships with senior leadership outside of your department and provide constructive feedback to colleagues
- Strong analytical mindset to assess problems, generate effective solutions, and see those solutions through to completion
