Senior Graphic Designer The Role We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join Reyal Design's creative team and produce high-quality visual content across digital marketing, social media, web, and client projects. The ideal candidate combines strong artistic and design fundamentals with modern AI-assisted production skills , allowing them to increase creative output without sacrificing quality, originality, or brand consistency. Key Responsibilities Create high-quality graphics for social media, websites, digital marketing, and client campaigns . Develop visual concepts and translate creative direction into polished designs. Work across multiple brands and maintain consistent visual identities. Collaborate with social media, web, and marketing teams. Use Adobe Creative Suite and Figma for professional design production. Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, production, editing, and variations while maintaining high creative standards. Adapt designs for multiple platforms, formats, and audiences. Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. Contribute creative ideas and proactively improve visual content and processes. Requirements 5+ years of professional graphic design experience . Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite , particularly Photoshop and Illustrator. Strong Figma experience. Proven portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals and creative execution. Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing . Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, branding, and visual hierarchy. Experience using AI-powered creative tools in a professional workflow. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong English communication skills. Ideal Candidate A high-level visual designer with strong artistic judgment who can produce professional work efficiently. The ideal candidate uses AI as a productivity tool—not as a replacement for creativity or design expertise. Work Arrangement Remote — Colombia | Full-time Hours: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM ET Candidate must provide their own computer and reliable internet.
