Role Description

The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for leading visual concept development and producing high-quality designs for digital campaigns, branding projects, websites, and social media content. This full-time remote role includes collaborating with marketing strategists, content creators, and developers to translate business objectives into compelling visual assets and design systems. Day-to-day tasks involve creating and refining brand identities, logos, and design guidelines; designing web and mobile interfaces; and preparing graphics and layouts for online advertising, presentations, and marketing collateral. The Senior Creative & Graphic Designer will also review and mentor junior designers, ensure consistency across all visual outputs, and contribute creative input to proposals and client presentations. The role requires regular coordination with cross-functional teams and adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital, print, and social media assets.
• Demonstrated expertise in Branding and Logo Design, including brand identity systems and guidelines.
• Proficiency in Web Design, with a focus on UI/UX principles and responsive layouts.
• Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar).
• Experience working in a digital marketing or creative agency environment is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Strong visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional and remote teams.
