Senior Graphic Designer

Our client, a leading CSP and multi-disciplinary law firm in Valletta, is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join their team. In this role, you will assist the marketing team bring the organisation’s brand to life through high-quality visual content, working on digital and print projects that include marketing collateral, social media graphics and video assets.

This is a hybrid role offering a salary of up to €40K, plus performance-based bonus.

Role & Responsibilities

• Create brochures, presentations, event material and digital campaign content

• Maintain a consistent brand look across every channel and communication

• Share creative ideas for campaigns, social media and internal and external events

• Develop everyday communication material, from email banners and invites to signage

• Retouch and adapt images and visuals for different channels

• Help keep the website up to date, focusing on UI design and graphic elements

• Provide design support for events, campaigns and other marketing initiatives

• Coordinate with external suppliers and printers to deliver high-quality results

Education, Skills & Experience

• Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent qualification

• 3+ years of experience in a graphic design role - non-negotiable

• Full professional proficiency in English and Maltese - non-negotiable

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Experience using Canva and other design tools

• Keen attention to visual detail

• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines

• Team player with a willingness to learn and take initiative

• Video editing skills are a plus

• Basic knowledge of web development and SEO tools is a plus
